Capital One - Computer Based Training
Interactive Training
The Dialler Project is a sophisticated CBT (Computer Based Training) program created by Gravitywell for Capital One. The software simulates applications used in the new Nottingham call centre and tests users on their understanding.
The whole project was completed in 5 weeks and ready before the new call centre software was installed. This allowed the 200+ new call centre staff to become familiar with the software prior to its official launch.
