Gravitywell in the Wyvern Christmas Cracker 10k - Race Report

Stuart entered Simon and himself into the Wyvern Christmas Cracker 10k race held at Western-Super-Mare yesterday. They had hoped it would encourage them to train for the upcoming Bath Half marathon on March 2011. Here are some photos which clearly illustrate how well that went.

Our business requires electricity of course and so it's also our responsibility to try to minimise its use. Aside from simply ensuring all workstations are turned off when not in use, we're looking at ways to further minimise our environmental impact.

As part of our commitment to energy efficiency we're proud to say that our server partners are the UK's first Carbon Neutral Web host. The small carbon footprint now left by our servers is offset by funded projects such as methane capture in the Ruhr.

We hope to announce further positive changes in the near future.

Stuart and I visited the Bath Half Marathon 2011 recently. It's quite an emotional experience for people and for some its a huge achievement. Lots are running for charities of course and so the day leaves you with quite a buzz. We've promised that we'll be running ourselves next year...
